The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang swats away the attempt to clinch by McCain.
Lang shoots in looking for a takedown but McCain manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lang's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Lang tries for a takedown but McCain sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Lang tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and McCain counters with a takedown into side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
McCain lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Lang down.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The ground and pound from McCain seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Mark McCain decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
