Pearson takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Ionescu lands a big head kick that sends Pearson tumbling to the mat! Ionescu takes a step backwards and waves Pearson back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Pearson is rocked!
It looks like German Pearson has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ionescu scores with a spinning back kick!
Oh Pearson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Costy Ionescu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pearson is breathing heavily.
Ionescu shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Ionescu slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Ionescu lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
