Watson comes to the ring accompanied by Ace Hood - Bugatti (Explicit) ft. Future, Rick Ross . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Seu Braga and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connor tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Connor has eaten all the pies!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Connor.
Connor feints and then cracks Watson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Watson down.
Good leg kick by Connor there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Connor.
Watson moves out of range as Connor throws a body kick.
Watson misses with a few strikes there.

Watson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Connor drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Watson gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Watson wants the takedown. Connor is fighting it off but Watson persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Connor's guard against the ropes.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Connor is pulling down on Watson's head to control his posture.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Watson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Watson is looking to work some ground and pound but Connor has wrist control.

Watson postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Watson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Watson looks up at the clock and then as Connor takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Watson smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Connor parries the strikes from Watson easily there. Watson is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Connor to escape.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Watson lands a nice forearm strike.

The strikes coming from Watson are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
