Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
JO looks to land a combination but prevost avoids it well.
JO tries a head kick but it misses.
JO misses with a jab, cross combination.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - JO has eaten all the pies!
prevost needs to keep his hands up - JO had a free shot at his head there.
It looks like ryan prevost has been cut.
JO misses with a wild combination.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by JO!
JO thows a left - swing and a miss!
JO misses with a double jab.
JO looks to land a combination but prevost avoids it well.
JO fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
No joy there for JO, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
prevost throws a shot to the body.
prevost really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
JO looks gassed!
prevost closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
prevost wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by JO, who protects the arm well.
prevost working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

JO managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by prevost.
prevost has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for JO!

prevost with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
JO is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
prevost wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
prevost is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. JO can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
JO avoids a series of strikes thrown by prevost.
prevost takes JO's back.
prevost throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage.

JO is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
JO fending off the submission attempt from prevost.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
JO avoids the strikes from prevost.

prevost is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
JO covering up well and avoiding damage.
prevost is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged JO with him. JO is trying to defend but prevost has an arm under the chin now! JO grimaces and is forced to tap out!
