Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Duane Rowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Jigster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Duane Rowe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Anderson Jigster! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rowe looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jigster is fending him off so far but Rowe persists. Nope, Jigster circles away and we're back to standing. Jigster misses with a jab, cross combination.
A head kick misses from Jigster. Jigster tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rowe defends well and Jigster ends up having to push Rowe into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Jigster successfully pulls guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Jigster tries to land a sweep but no joy. Rowe got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jigster has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rowe has managed to get both his arms back between Jigster's legs - danger averted. Rowe is looking to advance position but Jigster has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Jigster thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jigster goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Rowe turns into him and now he's in Jigster's guard.
Jigster has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rowe can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Rowe trying to control the position from guard on top but Jigster is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rowe is stalling in the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jigster not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Jigster escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rowe gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jigster wants to stand and escape but Rowe is having none of it. Rowe tries to stand but Jigster is controlling from the bottom. Rowe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jigster swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jigster has an active guard here but Rowe has managed to pass into half guard.
Jigster is defending against the submission attempts here by Rowe.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Rowe looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rowe is looking to stall here but Jigster recovers full guard. Rowe controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Anderson Jigster will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Rowe defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jigster. Rowe goes for a double leg but Jigster avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jigster continues to drive forward. Jigster is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Rowe pulls him back up using the underhooks. Jigster gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Rowe.
Rowe swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Jigster lands a good knee to the midsection. Rowe won't want to take too many of those. Jigster breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jigster stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Duane Rowe. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rowe stuns Jigster with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. No luck for Jigster with that takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jigster lands a head kick!
Rowe clinches up with Jigster and pushes him back against the cage. Rowe blocks a body shot from Jigster. Jigster breaks from the clinch.
Jigster thows a left - swing and a miss! Jigster takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. A nice leg kick lands there from Jigster. No luck for Rowe with that takedown attempt. Jigster connects with an inside leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jigster moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Duane Rowe has been cut. Jigster misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jigster throws the kick towards the body but Rowe avoids it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nice uppercut there from Jigster. Rowe has closed the distance and engaged Jigster in a clinch.
Rowe blocks a body shot from Jigster. Jigster tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Jigster tries to work over Rowe's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Jigster jumps guard but Rowe turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Jigster breaks the clinch.
Rowe slips a jab and a cross from Jigster.
Jigster is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fight moves into the clinch position. Jigster tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Rowe avoids it. Jigster tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Rowe gets underhooks to prevent Jigster's takedown attempt.
Jigster keeps control of Rowe as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Jigster breaks from the clinch.
Rowe just misses with a punch to the body.
Jigster gets tackled into the cage by Rowe. Rowe maintains the clinch. Jigster is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Rowe is defending well for now. Rowe wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Jigster has him pressed against the cage. Rowe tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rowe is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. A right handed body shot lands from Rowe.
Jigster manages to break the clinch.
Rowe closes the distance and pushes Jigster back into the cage. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Rowe trying to land knees to the body.
Jigster being controlled against the cage. Rowe is trying to pull guard but Jigster turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jigster breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Rowe takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Jigster misses with a double jab
and Rowe counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anderson Jigster showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Duane Rowe's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Rowe shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jigster as he avoids it easily. Jigster's corner calls for a 1-2. Jigster obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Rowe avoids the head kick by Jigster.
Rowe shoots in for a double leg but Jigster sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Jigster lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Rowe circles away quickly and effectively. Jigster leaves Rowe with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Duane Rowe. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jigster moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Rowe looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Rowe clobbers Jigster with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. A right-left combo lands from Jigster. Jigster scores with a hook.
Rowe is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round. Some wild striking there from Jigster.
Oh Rowe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A solid leg kick lands there for Jigster.
Jigster throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Jigster takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Rowe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jigster tries to avoid it but Rowe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jigster to the ground. Jigster escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Jigster clinches up against the cage. Jigster landing knees to the head.
Rowe is looking for a takedown. Jigster tightens his grip and picks Rowe up, before dumping him to the ground. Rowe manages to land in guard. Jigster stands and throws Rowe's legs to the side, diving into side control. Jigster working the head with strikes. Jigster works to advance to full mount. Rowe defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rowe in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Jigster cracks Rowe with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Jigster unloads with some shots from mount but Rowe bucks and avoids them well.

Rowe is trying to stand up. Jigster goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Rowe turns into him and now he's in Jigster's guard.
Jigster looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jigster keeping moving, preventing Rowe from controlling successfully. Rowe seems to have got his legs back now. Jigster has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Rowe stands and steps away. Jigster gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Rowe dives in for a single leg takedown but Jigster sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Jigster stops a takedown attempt from Rowe.
Jigster has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Rowe uses from the top position. Jigster is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jigster keeping moving, preventing Rowe from controlling successfully. Jigster wants to get back to his feet but Rowe is in a dominant position and won't allow it. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Rowe is looking to pass into half guard but Jigster pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Jigster is in guard. Rowe wants to sweep here but Jigster controlling him for the moment. Jigster lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rowe can't keep his opponent in guard - Jigster advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Jigster tries to pass to full mount but Rowe defends it. Rowe keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Jigster is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rowe defends it well. Rowe is trying to maintain the position but Jigster is very close to passing his half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jigster tries to pass to full mount but Rowe defends it. Duane Rowe has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Anderson Jigster is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Jigster is trying to control. Rowe wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
And that's the end of the fight! Anderson Jigster comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jigster has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
