The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Sergei Dronov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lamb looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Lamb stops Gaunov from standing up.

Gaunov is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lamb is controlling him.
Gaunov wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Lamb manages to pass to side control.
Lamb tries to stand but can't do so whilst Gaunov controls his leg.

Gaunov is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Gaunov manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Lamb keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Gaunov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lamb sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gaunov somewhat.

Lamb slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Gaunov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lamb. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
