Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbossa takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Mauler throws a nice outside leg kick.
Mauler has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mauler throws a front kick that sends Barbossa stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Xavier Barbossa has been cut.
A slapping leg kick lands for Mauler.
Mauler gets a double leg takedown into Barbossa's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Mauler drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Mauler seems to have locked his on tight now - Barbossa screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Mauler, as he picks up the win!

A very excited looking Tuukka Mauler rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
Xavier Barbossa was interviewed post fight and said 'i want a rematch immediatly so i can knock this bums head off i promise all of you i will put him out cold on his back on the canvas next time'.
