Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anton Ton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Lancing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anton Ton could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Aaron Lancing's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 20 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Anton Ton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aaron Lancing!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ton fails with a takedown attempt.
Lancing looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Ton shoots in for a takedown but Lancing shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ton lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Ton will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Lancing has Ton pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Ton manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

My spies in Average Joes inform me that Lancing has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Lancing is pushing down on Ton's leg trying to pass to half guard. Ton is fighting to maintain full guard but Lancing has managed to sneak the leg through.

Lancing decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Ton shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lancing as he avoids it easily.

Ton changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lancing tries to avoid it but Ton manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lancing to the ground. Lancing escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Lancing. No joy for Ton on that attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ton is defended easily by Lancing.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Lancing swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ton shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lancing pinned against the cage. Lancing gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Lancing shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Ton napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Ton can't do much from the bottom here.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Lancing postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Lancing swings around for an armbar but Ton sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Lancing's guard.
Ton seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Ton is trying to break the clinch but Lancing has him pressed against the cage.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Lancing connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Ton some visible discomfort.

Aaron Lancing showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Ton's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


No joy there for Lancing, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Lancing does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Ton shoots in looking for a takedown but Lancing manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ton's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Ton drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lancing pulls his leg out and moves away.

Ton shoots for a double leg takedown but Lancing sprawls well. He's pushed Ton's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Lancing drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Lancing passes Ton's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Lancing thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Lancing not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Lancing is working for a kimura but Ton is defending it quite comfortably.
Lancing wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ton keeps working.

Lancing stops Ton from getting back to his feet.
Ton on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Ton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lancing on the ground.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lancing creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Ton sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Lancing stands up and beckons Ton to his feet.
Ton listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Lancing stuffs the takedown.
Lancing chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Ton tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lancing paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lancing pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ton dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ton scores with a sloppy right hand. Lancing should have avoided that one.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lancing is looking to clinch but Ton is avoiding it.
Lancing keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Ton misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

And that's the end of the fight!
Aaron Lancing comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Lancing has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
