Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Akseli Suokuokka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Chikatilo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Suokuokka comes to the cage accompanied by The Bags - Cavemen Rejoice. Chikatilo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Black Sunshine kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Andrei Chikatilo has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Akseli Suokuokka's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Andrei Chikatilo!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, John Mangel and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chikatilo thumps Suokuokka with a low kick.
Suokuokka throws a nice looking combination but Chikatilo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Chikatilo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Suokuokka.
Suokuokka on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Chikatilo throws a push kick but Suokuokka slaps the foot to one side.
Suokuokka bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Chikatilo's head.
Akseli Suokuokka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Suokuokka throws a combination. Chikatilo tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chikatilo digs a good body shot into Suokuokka's ribs.
Suokuokka looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Suokuokka throws a left and a right that both miss
and Chikatilo counters with a nice low kick that buckles Suokuokka's knee momentarily.
Suokuokka is breathing heavily.
Chikatilo throws a quick inside leg kick.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Chikatilo and Suokuokka goes tumbling to the canvas! Chikatilo follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

It looks like Akseli Suokuokka has been cut.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Well, if Chikatilo is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
It looks like Chikatilo might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Chikatilo is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Chikatilo is taking a breather. Suokuokka says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Andrei Chikatilo hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Chikatilo scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Chikatilo lands with a shot to the body.
Suokuokka misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Suokuokka looks to land a right hand but Chikatilo moved out of range.
Chikatilo scores with a nice strike.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Suokuokka shoots in looking for a takedown. Chikatilo tries to sprawl out of it but Suokuokka keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Chikatilo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Chikatilo fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Suokuokka.

Chikatilo changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Suokuokka ducks straight into an uppercut from Chikatilo and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Suokuokka manages to regain guard straight away.

Suokuokka is rocked!
Chikatilo connects with a couple of short punches.
Oh Suokuokka is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Chikatilo controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Chikatilo loads up on a big left hand. Suokuokka felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Chikatilo looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Suokuokka can't hide his disappointment, as Chikatilo celebrates the victory.
