Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Alaniz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yancy Malaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alaniz's entrance music is Slippin. A fine choice. Yancy Malaki will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Charlie Alaniz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 4 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yancy Malaki! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alaniz walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Alaniz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Malaki pinned against the cage. Malaki gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Malaki throws a hook but Alaniz blocks it. Malaki ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Alaniz moves away. Alaniz has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Malaki finds it's way round the side to connect with Alaniz's head. Malaki is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Alaniz tries to grapple but his opponent circles enabling Malaki to counter with a crisp jab. Alaniz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Alaniz has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Pitt in the buildup to the fight. Alaniz takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Malaki swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Malaki is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Malaki swats away the attempt to clinch by Alaniz. Alaniz steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Malaki.
That's one minute gone in the round. Malaki slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Malaki lands with a nice body punch. A swing and a miss from Malaki. The fighters circling - Malaki throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Alaniz is looking to clinch but Malaki is avoiding it.
Alaniz takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Malaki lands a glancing blow to the side of Alaniz's head. Yancy Malaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Malaki thows a body shot but no joy. Malaki has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Malaki thows a left - swing and a miss! Alaniz misses with a takedown enabling Malaki to counter with a crisp jab. Alaniz is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Alaniz shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Malaki counters with a huge left! Alaniz is in big trouble! He's backing up but Malaki isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Alaniz from any more damage. A dominating finish by Malaki!
