Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pappy Roofie!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Anthony Taglia and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giorgio shoots and misses
and Roofie counters with a low kick, right behind Giorgio 's knee.
Giorgio fails with the takedown
and Roofie counters with a two punch combo.
Roofie is looking to clinch but Giorgio is avoiding it.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Roofie works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Giorgio knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Roofie on the ground.
Roofie postures up and lands a big shot to Giorgio's brow.
Roofie content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Giorgio is rocked!
Giorgio can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Roofie controls the pace.
Oh Giorgio is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Roofie is working Giorgio over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Roofie postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Giorgio covers up, he's hurt! Roofie keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Roofie and the ref steps in to end the fight! Roofie can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
