The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pettis throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Pettis feints and as Pennington raises his hands in defense, Pettis changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Pennington steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Pettis. That one must have hurt.

Pettis tries to clinch up but Pennington circles away and keeps his distance.
Pettis lands a high kick to the side of Pennington's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Pettis dives into guard, looking to finish.
