The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rusky tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Redban swivels and escapes.
Redban connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Rusky shoots in and drives through. Redban sprawls well.
Redban tries to clinch there but Rusky circles away.
A slapping leg kick lands for Redban.
Redban has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Rusky is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Rusky shoots in for a takedown but Redban shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Little Rusky. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Redban keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Rusky dives in for a single leg takedown but Redban sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Rusky is trying to push Redban away but Redban has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Rusky prevents Redban from breaking the clinch.

Redban pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Rusky looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Redban is fending him off so far but Rusky persists. Nope, Redban circles away and we're back to standing.

Oooooh!!! Redban has knocked Rusky down with a huge combo! Redban steps away and waves a wobbly Rusky back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Redban rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rusky moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Oh Rusky is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rusky shoots in but Redban avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Rusky is breathing heavily.
Rusky walks into a jab.
Redban is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Redban shuts the power down on Rusky. Lights out, game over! Redban is your winner.
