Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Waldo Macdonald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gaius Germanicus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, David Schapiro and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Germanicus shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Macdonald defends it nicely.
Germanicus avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Germanicus closes the distance and clinches up with Macdonald, looking for a takedown. Germanicus pushes Macdonald against the cage but Macdonald circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
