Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Enoch Casey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Froes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Enoch Casey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Igor Froes! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Casey stuffs the takedown. Casey keeps the fight on the outside. Igor Froes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Froes tries to score a power double leg takedown but Casey sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Froes somewhat. Froes wants to clinch. Casey drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Froes is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Froes keeping moving, preventing Casey from controlling successfully. Froes throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Froes throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Froes is looking for a triangle but Casey pushes his legs off easily.
Froes is pulling down on Casey's head to control his posture.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Froes looking for a sweep. Not yet Froes, not yet. Casey seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Casey trying to control but Froes is working from the bottom.
Enoch Casey has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Casey is looking to clinch but Froes is avoiding it.
Froes shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Casey connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Enoch Casey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Igor Froes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Froes misses with a series of wild punches.
Froes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Casey displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Froes. Froes looks winded! Froes shoots in for a takedown but Casey shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Froes gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Casey cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Casey closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Casey lands in his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Casey not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Froes keeping moving, preventing Casey from controlling successfully. Casey showing good wrestling skills to control the position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
We're going to have a standup here because Enoch Casey wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Froes shoots in for a takedown but Casey shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Froes tries to score a power double leg takedown but Casey sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Froes somewhat. Froes takes the fight into the clinch. Casey jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Froes walks away with a smile on his face. Casey gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Froes clinches up against the cage. Froes manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Froes throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Casey stays in close to Froes's body and controls the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Froes has Casey pulled in close to control his posture. Casey trying to control the position from guard on top but Froes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Casey is stalling in the full guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Enoch Casey. Casey tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Froes manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Enoch Casey is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Froes circles away from the clinch attempt and Froes holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Froes pulls Casey into guard.
Froes controls Casey momentarily but Casey frees himself. Casey wants to control from the top but Froes keeps moving. Casey engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Froes is trying to control the position but Casey postures up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Froes dives in for a single leg takedown but Casey sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Froes is breathing heavily. Froes jumps guard but Casey turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Enoch Casey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Igor Froes. Casey is looking for a takedown. Casey jumps into guard, dragging Froes to the mat.
Casey has a closed guard, preventing Froes from standing up. Froes is in close to Casey's body, working some short punches and elbows. Casey looking to hit a scissor sweep but Froes is one step ahead there. Froes wants to control from the top but Casey keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Casey wants to stand and escape but Froes is having none of it. Froes has gone for a leg lock! Casey slips out almost immediately though and dives into Froes's guard. Casey controlling from the top position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Froes has control of Casey's left arm, preventing Casey from doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Igor Froes will probably get the nod - 10:9. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Froes pivots, looking for a leg kick but Casey is out of range and Froes settles back down. Casey slaps away a takedown attempt from Froes, before circling back to the center of the mat. Casey tries to clinch but Froes moves out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Froes shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Casey counters with a low kick, right behind Froes 's knee. Froes takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Casey tries to clinch up but Froes circles away and keeps his distance. Froes shoots for a takedown but Casey saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Enoch Casey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Igor Froes. No luck with that takedown attempt from Froes. Casey moves into the clinch. Froes jumps guard but Casey turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Casey is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Froes to keep the fight standing. Casey is trying to drag Froes to the mat but Froes just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Froes goes for a takedown in the clinch but Casey prevents it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Casey gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Froes regains guard.
Casey controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Casey postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Casey stops Froes from standing up. Casey trying to control but Froes is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Enoch Casey. Casey is looking to clinch. Froes doesn't succeed with the takedown enabling Casey to counter with a crisp jab. Casey fails to land the takedown. Casey pushes Froes up against the cage in a clinch. Casey changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Froes fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Froes throws a head kick that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Froes throws a left and a right that both miss
enabling Casey to counter with a crisp jab. Froes doesn't manage to clinch there - Casey circles away.
Casey moves into range and clinches up with Froes. Casey is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Froes gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Casey wants a takedown.
Froes stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Both guys are working to get underhooks.
And that's the end of the fight! Enoch Casey showed his dominance in that final round. I think Casey has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
