Gouki dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Swanson. That did some damage!
Gouki tries to bum rush Swanson with a series of wild strikes but Swanson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Swanson bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Gouki's head backwards.
It looks like Shin Gouki has been cut.

A chopping leg kick lands by Gouki.
Shin Gouki is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Swanson lunges at Gouki with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Gouki's hand.
Swanson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gouki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Swanson takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Gouki will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Swanson connects with a right hand. Gouki shakes it off.
Gouki throws a leg kick that is checked
and Swanson counters with a big right hand! Oh Gouki is in trouble here! Swanson follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
