Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daren Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daren Lopez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juan Junior! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Junior shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lopez napping and manages to drive through into side control! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lopez is looking to regain half guard here but Junior keeps moving and retains side control. Junior working away. Junior is working Lopez over with some ground and pound from side control. Lopez is not content to let Junior control the position. Junior might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Lopez haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Junior works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Lopez tries to get back to half guard but can't. Sloppy strikes there by Junior. Junior working away. Junior decides to take the fight back to the feet. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Junior drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lopez throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Excellent takedown into side control there by Junior. Lopez is trying to improve his position. Lopez taking punishment in the form of punches.
Lopez wants to get back to his feet but Junior drags him back down. Junior works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Junior decides to take the fight back to the feet. This has been an exciting period of action! Junior is looking to clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Junior looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Lopez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Junior on the ground. Junior is looking for a kimura here.
Lopez flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Junior wants to control but Lopez is keeping him busy. Lopez is trying to maintain the position but Junior is very close to passing his half guard. Junior is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Junior passes into side control, despite Lopez's attempt to control the position.
Lopez is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lopez struggling a bit here. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Junior remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Lopez is trying to get back to half guard. Junior slows the pace down. Junior has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Let's hope that Junior has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Lopez tries to bench press Junior off him but Junior keeps the position. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Junior is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Lopez knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Lopez is looking to regain half guard here but Junior keeps moving and retains side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Junior scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Lopez to see if he's OK. Junior controls the position from side control. Junior trying to control the action but Lopez is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Junior tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Junior trying to control the position but Lopez is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Juan Junior dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Junior throws a sloppy head kick and Lopez moves out of range easily. Lopez scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Lopez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Junior tries to clinch up but Lopez circles away and keeps his distance. Junior manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Lopez on his heels. He'll look to pass Lopez's guard now, I'm sure. Juan Junior has got the better of the ground game so far. Lopez striking off his back. Lopez is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lopez is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Junior sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lopez's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Junior seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lopez does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Junior lands a nice short elbow. Lopez tries to get to full guard but Junior has control of the leg. Junior seems to be looking for submissions.
Junior is thwarting Lopez's attempts to control the position. Still in half guard, Junior seems content to control. Junior trying to control from Lopez's half guard. Lopez has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Junior trying to control but Lopez is working from the bottom. Lopez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Lopez has his foot on Junior's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Junior works his way back into a safe position though. Lopez looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Junior looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Junior scoring with strikes to the body and head. Junior wants to take a breather but Lopez is having none of it. Lopez throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Junior is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lopez sees it coming and defends easily. Junior content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Lopez looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Junior seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Lopez is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
