Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Love dives in and scores a takedown into Atino's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Atino keeping full guard, as Love tries to pass.
Love trying to control the position from guard on top but Atino is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Love accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Love is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Atino can't fight it off and eventually Love manages to take the fight to the floor. Atino looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Atino is looking for a kimura but Love is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Atino to get the leverage.

Atino wants to pass the guard but Love is defending well.
Love pushes Atino off looking to stand but Atino dives back in and keeps control.

Atino has control of Love's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Love regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Love tries to hold on but Atino pushes him away.

Atino working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Love bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Atino bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Love's guard.
Love is trying to keep Atino in close.
Atino is looking to advance position but Love has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Love looking to control but Atino is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Love is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Atino is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Love turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Atino off and cradles Love's limp body as Atino celebrates with his corner.
