The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spong throws a head kick but Hansen moves out of range.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Spong breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Spong drives through and clinches with Hansen against the cage.

Oooooh!!! Spong has knocked Hansen down with a huge combo! Spong steps away and waves a wobbly Hansen back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Brando Hansen has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hansen has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Spong.

Spong takes the fight into the clinch.

Spong ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Spong connects with a superb combination that knocks Hansen out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Spong before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Hansen!
