Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lao Tzu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Killian Red (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lao Tzu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Killian Red! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Colin Fray and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Red shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Red is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Red throws some wild stikes that Tzu manages to avoid easily.
Red tries to control but Tzu wriggling away. Tzu tries to hold on but Red postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tzu is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Red controlling his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Red looking to control but Tzu is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Tzu sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Tzu wants to control but Red is keeping busy and won't allow it. Tzu preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Killian Red wasn't active enough on the ground. Tzu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Red moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tzu looks to land a combination. Red sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Red takes a shot right to the bread basket. Red closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Tzu quickly recovers to half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Tzu wants to get back to full guard. Red is looking to advance position but Tzu won't allow it. Red is figuring out what he wants to do next. Red is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Tzu doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Red. Tzu makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Tzu.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Red postures up.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Red sitting in guard, not really doing much. Tzu looking for a sweep. Not yet Tzu, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Red wants to control from the top but Tzu keeps moving.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Killian Red hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Tzu uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Tzu jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Red takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Red changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tzu tries to avoid it but Red manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tzu to the ground. Tzu escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Tzu scores with a nice head shot. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A head kick misses from Red. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Red walks into a straight right hand from Tzu. Tzu cracks Red with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Red tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Tzu pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Red is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lao Tzu!
