Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenshin Takeda!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takeda shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Takeda is working for a kimura but Reckless is defending it quite comfortably.
Reckless trying to control here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Takeda is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Reckless defends it well.
Reckless tries to roll over but Takeda keeps him under control.
Reckless landing strikes from the bottom.
Takeda is pressing down on Reckless's thigh, looking to free his foot. Reckless is holding on for now.
Reckless manages to get to full guard.
Takeda drops back looking for a leg! Reckless is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Reckless manages to kick Takeda off! Takeda jumps back into Reckless's guard.
Reckless manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Takeda really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Reckless trying to control but Takeda is having none of it.
Reckless working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Takeda turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Reckless off and cradles Takeda's limp body as Reckless celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Tomas Reckless!
