McMurray dives in and grabs Smith's left leg, looking for a takedown. Smith pushes down on McMurray's head and hops out.
McMurray moves out of range of the strikes.
Terry Smith is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Smith tries to land a front kick but McMurray steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Terry Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith lands with a shot to the body.

McMurray fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Smith checks it well.
McMurray uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Smith.
McMurray moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Smith paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
That kick from McMurray tenderised Smith's leg. Smith is trying to keep his angry face on.

Smith throws a solid leg kick but McMurray takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Smith.

McMurray throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Smiths head.

Smith pushes McMurray back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Smith gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Smith lands an elbow just above McMurray 's eye.
Clinched against the cage, Smith lands a big elbow that drops McMurray! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - McMurray is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
