The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice jab there from Jones.
Mason displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jones throws out the jab.
Mason tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jones was well out of range. Poor timing from Mason.
Mason connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Jones momentarily.
Jones turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Jones throws out a loose jab but Mason uses good head movement to avoid it.

Mason misses with a looping left.
Jones's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mason connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Jones scrambles back to his feet.

and Mason counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
