The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swanson shoots in for a takedown but Dubrovsky shows good takedown defense.
Dubrovsky fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Swanson manages to avoid it.
Dubrovsky fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Alexander Dubrovsky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Swanson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dubrovsky.
Dubrovsky throws a hook to the side of Swanson's head but Swanson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Swanson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Swanson there as he acknowledges the shot.
Dubrovsky swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Dubrovsky throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Swanson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Swanson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dubrovsky but Dubrovsky pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Swanson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dubrovsky.
Dubrovsky's corner calls for a 1-2. Dubrovsky obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Swanson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dubrovsky pinned against the cage. Dubrovsky gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joshua Swanson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Dubrovsky wants to break the clinch but can't.
Swanson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Swanson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Swanson is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Dubrovsky frees his head nicely. Oh but Swanson has switched to an armbar! Dubrovsky is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
