Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rhett Rutledge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Rottweiler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rhett Rutledge! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Hector Rottweiler! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rutledge avoids the head kick by Rottweiler.
Rottweiler misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Rutledge gets tackled into the cage by Rottweiler. Rottweiler maintains the clinch. Rutledge has Rottweiler pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Rutledge pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Rottweiler tumbling to the mat - Rutledge dives into Rottweiler's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rottweiler wants to sweep here but Rutledge controlling him for the moment. Rottweiler had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rutledge defends it easily. Rutledge won't allow Rottweiler to sweep him here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rutledge is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Rottweiler looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Rottweiler lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Rutledge! Rottweiler looking to control but Rutledge is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rottweiler throws a wild left hand from mount and Rutledge manages to wriggle his way back to half guard. Rottweiler stops Rutledge from getting back to his feet.
Rottweiler sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Rutledge defending well though. Rutledge is trying to stand up here but Rottweiler is controlling him well. Rottweiler is trying to control the action in half guard but Rutledge is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Rutledge really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Rutledge works his way to full guard. Good work. Rutledge wants to stand and escape but Rottweiler is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rottweiler preventing the sweep. Rottweiler showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Rottweiler wants to stand but Rutledge has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Hector Rottweiler. Rottweiler has closed the distance and engaged Rutledge in a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rottweiler keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Rutledge's efforts to push away. Rottweiler pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Rottweiler tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rutledge was well out of range. Poor timing from Rottweiler. Rottweiler closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Rutledge manages to break the clinch.

Rottweiler tries for a takedown but Rutledge sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Rottweiler moves into range and clinches up with Rutledge. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rutledge tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Rottweiler prevents Rutledge from breaking the clinch. Rutledge's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hector Rottweiler dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Rottweiler tries to work over Rutledge's front leg with a kick but Rutledge checks it. Rutledge gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Rottweiler wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Rutledge has him pressed against the cage. Rutledge's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Rottweiler tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rutledge defends well and Rottweiler ends up having to push Rutledge into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Rottweiler drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Rutledge gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Rottweiler tries to pull guard but Rutledge forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Rhett Rutledge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hector Rottweiler. Rutledge blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Rutledge breaks the clinch.
Rottweiler with a lazy takedown attempt and Rutledge counters with a right hand to the body. Rottweiler shoots and misses and Rutledge counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Rottweiler is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rutledge feints and as Rottweiler raises his hands in defense, Rutledge changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Rutledge has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Rutledge won't allow Rottweiler to sweep him here. Rottweiler is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Rutledge prevents Rottweiler from getting back to his feet. Rottweiler wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Rutledge is now in half guard. Rutledge is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Rottweiler doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rutledge.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rottweiler looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Rutledge prevents Rottweiler from standing back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rutledge stalling. Rutledge wants to stand up but Rottweiler has a hold of him and won't allow it. Rutledge controlling the action here. Rottweiler tries to roll over but Rutledge keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Rhett Rutledge wasn't doing enough on the ground. Rottweiler closes the distance and clinches. Rutledge leaning against his opponent.
Rutledge changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rottweiler fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Rottweiler slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Rhett Rutledge will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Rottweiler has his takedown stuffed and Rutledge counters with a nice double leg into guard. Rutledge stays in close to Rottweiler's body and controls the position. Rottweiler working a defensive guard here.
Rottweiler might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rutledge haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Rutledge controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
We're going to have a standup here because Rhett Rutledge wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Rottweiler throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rutledge's waist but Rutledge gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rottweiler off to one side.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rottweiler swinging wildly here.

Rottweiler closes the distance and clinches. Rutledge dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Rutledge has picked Rottweiler up - he's going for a ride! Rutledge dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Rottweiler is looking to control Rutledge's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Rottweiler avoid being mounted?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rottweiler takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Rutledge performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Rutledge is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Rottweiler sees it coming and defends easily. Rottweiler wants to get back to full guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Hector Rottweiler wasn't active enough on the ground. Rottweiler throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Rottweiler fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rutledge avoids it really well and circles away. Rottweiler gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily letting Rutledge counter with a right hand. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rottweiler drives through and clinches with Rutledge against the cage.
Rutledge escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

And that's the end of the fight! Rhett Rutledge showed his dominance in that final round. I think Rutledge has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
