Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matheus Dias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Iglesias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matheus Dias looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Matheus Dias! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gabriel Iglesias! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yuuki Gou and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Iglesias jabs Dias right on the nose. Dias blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Matheus Dias has been cut. Matheus Dias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Iglesias bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Dias! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Iglesias trying to stand up but can't free himself from Dias's guard. Iglesias wants to stand and escape but instead Dias has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Iglesias wants to stand up but Dias is controlling him. Dias is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Iglesias wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Dias manages to pass to side control. Dias sitting and controlling from the half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Iglesias tries to kick Dias off but Dias keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Iglesias pushes Dias off but Dias dives into side control.
Dias stands up and beckons Iglesias to his feet. Iglesias displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Dias. Dias is breathing heavily. Oooh a lovely combination from Iglesias sends Dias down but not out. Iglesias dives into side control looking to finish.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Iglesias tries to stand but Dias is controlling his head. Iglesias tries to stand but Dias controls the position and pulls Iglesias into his guard. Iglesias wanted to stand there but Dias had control of the position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Dias looking to control.
Iglesias really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dias. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Iglesias wanted to stand there but Dias had control of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dias wants to stand but Iglesias is controlling the position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Iglesias trying to stand up but can't free himself from Dias's guard. Iglesias must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Iglesias closes the distance and pushes Dias back into the cage. Dias keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Iglesias's efforts to push away. Dias misses with some punches.

Iglesias is pushing Dias up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Dias tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dias misses with a knee to the head. A frustrated look appears on Iglesias's face as he tries to break the clinch. Iglesias tries to circle away but Dias has him pinned against the cage. Iglesias blocks a body shot from Dias. Iglesias avoids a wild elbow strike from Dias. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gabriel Iglesias dominated that round. The cut man is working on Matheus Dias's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Dias gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Dias shoots for a double leg takedown but Iglesias sprawls well. He's pushed Dias's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Iglesias misses with a double jab.

We've been told by Dias's head coaches at [CBK] Punch-kicker Academy that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Dias looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Iglesias shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Dias takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Iglesias sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Dias bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
