Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wet Hell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Smith! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Wet Hell! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smith plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Smith shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Hell keeping moving, preventing Smith from controlling successfully. Smith throws an elbow that misses. Hell uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Smith's guard. Nice move by Hell! Smith is trying to control the position but Hell postures up. Smith is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hell is aware though and is defending well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Smith wants to stand but Hell is controlling the position. Hell is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Smith looking for a sweep. Not yet Smith, not yet. Hell advances position into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Smith is trying to control Hell's posture but Hell avoids it. Hell taking a breather here. Hell has knee on belly and moves into mount. Hell lands a nice shot to the head. Smith flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Smith is trying desperately to improve position. Smith wants to hold on but Hell pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Smith tries to get back to half guard but can't. Hell controlling the position easily from mount. Smith really is a fat lump. Hell with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Smith tries to hold on but Hell pushes him away. Hell content just to control the position here. Smith is looking to improve his position but Hell isn't that keen on the idea. Hell sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hell fails to advance to Smith's back. Hell controlling the position easily from mount. Hell's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Smith is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Wet Hell will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Smith shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hell manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Hell pushes Smith off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Smith wants to clinch. Smith drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Smith throws a big right hand that misses. Hell keeping moving, preventing Smith from controlling successfully. Hell looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

The ref stands the fighters back up because John Smith just wasn't active enough. Hell throws an overhand right that lands on Smith's shoulder, as Smith tries to avoid the shot. Smith closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Smith lands in his opponent's guard. The fighters are working up against the cage. Hell manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hell misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Smith jumps into guard, dragging Hell to the mat.
Hell showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Smith working a defensive guard but Hell passes into half guard.
Hell is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Smith tries to get to full guard but Hell has control of the leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Smith trying to control from the bottom.
Smith has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Hell escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Hell! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Hell decides to stand up, so the ref orders Smith to his feet. Smith throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hell tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Smith is in Hell's guard. Smith missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Smith looking to sit in guard and control but Hell gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hell gets to his feet. Smith looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! The fight moves into the clinch position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Smith blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Hell throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Smith blocks it with crossed arms. Smith has Hell pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Smith pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Hell tumbling to the mat - Smith dives into Hell's guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Hell holds on and takes a little breather. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Smith dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Smith looking to score a takedown here. Hell is defending well but Smith drives through and ends up in Hell's guard. Smith preventing the sweep. Smith looking to sit in guard and control but Hell gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Smith wants to control the position but Hell says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Hell takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Smith is trying to control but can't.
Smith wants to sweep but Hell has passed to side control! Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Smith tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Hell controlling from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Smith can't escape the position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Wet Hell hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Hell misses with a body shot.
Smith gets a double leg takedown into Hell's guard. Hell keeping moving, preventing Smith from controlling successfully. Smith in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hell lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Smith! Smith has given up his back here.
Smith just trying to survive but Hell is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Hell controls the position. Smith wants to control his opponent's hands but Hell gets his hands free.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hell controlling well, preventing Smith from escaping the position.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Hell controlling the position well here. Smith rolled but Hell kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Wet Hell. I think Hell has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
