PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Carrol Witt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sub Jigster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jigster has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sub Jigster was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Sub Jigster!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Phil Schofield and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Witt gets a double leg takedown into Jigster's guard.

Witt not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Witt shoots in and bounces Jigster off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Witt closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Witt changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jigster looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Witt feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well Witt has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
