Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Robert Schillig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mina Samson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schillig comes to the cage accompanied by Ali Bomaye - The Game. Samson has chosen Soliders logic as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Robert Schillig!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mina Samson!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samson takes one on the button.

It looks like Mina Samson has been cut.
Samson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Samson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Schillig moves out of range of the leg kick from Samson.
Schillig connects with a leg kick. Samson looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Schillig throws a combination that misses

and Samson moves into the clinch.
Samson wants a takedown but no success here.
Samson is trying to drag Schillig to the mat but Schillig just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Robert Schillig has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mina Samson.

Schillig breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Schillig misses with the combination.
Schillig throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Schillig misses with a series of wild punches.
Schillig throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Samson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Samson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Schillig escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A combination from Schillig does no damage.
Samson has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Schillig.

Oooooh!!! Schillig has knocked Samson down with a huge combo! Schillig steps away and waves a wobbly Samson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Samson is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Schillig ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Samson out cold! The fight is over!

Robert Schillig decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Mina Samson was interviewed post fight and said 'I'm glad my opponent gave his all and gave me a challenge.'.
