The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Alexandre Firmino and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels just misses with a punch to the body.
Daniels rushes Chavez and presses him up against the cage.
Daniels tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Chavez avoids it.
Daniels goes for a takedown attempt but Chavez pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

and Daniels counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Daniels tries to circle away but Chavez has him pinned against the cage.
Daniels tightens his grip and picks Chavez up, before dumping him to the ground. Chavez manages to land in guard.
Chavez is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Collin Daniels.
