Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jean Caisse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Poirier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Poirier has chosen ACDC - TNT as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jean Caisse!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Peter Poirier!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poirier lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Jean Caisse has been cut.
Caisse shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Poirier as he jumps to the side.
Poirier throws a right hand that Caisse ducks under and follows up with a left that Caisse also avoids with ease.
Poirier stuffs the takedown attempt from Caisse. Caisse gets slowly back to his feet.
Poirier lands a big uppercut and Caisse crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Caisse looks OK. Poirier waves Caisse back to his feet!
Caisse is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Poirier will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Oh Caisse is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Poirier cracks Caisse with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!

After winning the bout, Peter Poirier thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
