Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Derick Trotter!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Trotter looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Trotter fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Andrews on the side of the head.
Andrews ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Trotter moves away.
A good leg kick by Andrews.
Andrews slips under a jab.

Andrews is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Trotter's half guard.

Andrews is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Trotter is trying to stand back up but Andrews is controlling him

Andrews is working for a kimura but Trotter is defending it quite comfortably.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Andrews wants to take a breather but Trotter is having none of it.

Andrews is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Andrews is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Trotter defends it well.

Andrews missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Trotter wants to get back to his feet.

Andrews is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Andrews has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Andrews has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Trotter's face.
Trotter's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Andrews landing strikes from the mount and Trotter is in trouble!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Andrews is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Andrews extends the arm and Trotter is forced to tap!
