Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Abbate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cato McGraw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Abbate! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cato McGraw! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abbate wants to clinch. Nice sprawl there from McGraw as Abbate shoots in. McGraw closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. McGraw trying to control the position but Abbate is working away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McGraw thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Abbate tries to buck McGraw off but McGraw is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McGraw working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. McGraw is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Abbate has escaped the position, nice work there. Abbate manages to work his way to half guard, despite McGraw's best efforts.
That's one minute gone in the round. McGraw trying to mount his opponent but Abbate defends it. Abbate landing small, sideways elbows. McGraw winds up and cracks Abbate with a swinging punch to the side of the head. McGraw is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Abbate doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time McGraw. Abbate might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. McGraw looks gassed! Abbate trying to control here.
McGraw looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Abbate looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. McGraw blocks the strikes from Abbate.
Abbate is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of McGraw's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take McGraw's back! Abbate doesn't have the hooks in and McGraw manages to turn into his guard.

McGraw sitting in guard here, content to control. McGraw postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Abbate is pulling down on McGraw's head to control his posture. Abbate keeping moving, preventing McGraw from controlling successfully. Abbate is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. McGraw advances position into side control! McGraw tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McGraw has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Abbate tries to control the position but he's not in luck - McGraw easily slips into full mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. McGraw has isolated one of Abbate's arms. Abbate looking to fight him off but McGraw twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
