Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Theo Contreras (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Master Lampe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Theo Contreras! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Master Lampe! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lampe pushes Contreras up against the cage in a clinch. Lampe keeps control of Contreras as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Contreras wants to break the clinch but can't.
Lampe tries to work over Contreras's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Contreras really is a fat lump. A frustrated look appears on Contreras's face as he tries to break the clinch. Contreras wants to take the fight to the mat but Lampe manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Lampe on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Lampe breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Horrible takedown by Contreras or perhaps it was just good defense by Lampe which made him look bad. Lampe shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Lampe controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Lampe throws a big right hand that misses. Contreras working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lampe.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lampe pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Contreras is keeping the position for now. Contreras trying to control the position.
Lampe passes into half guard. Well, if Lampe is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Lampe prevents Contreras from improving his position. Lampe stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Contreras throws a sloppy head kick and Lampe moves out of range easily. Master Lampe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lampe will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lampe drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Contreras wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Lampe manages to pass to side control. Contreras blocking the ground and pound attempt from Lampe. Still in half guard, Lampe seems content to control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Lampe has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Lampe seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Contreras does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Lampe moves nicely into side control. Contreras trying his best to control but Lampe has mounted him. Lampe content just to control the position here. Lampe working for a guillotine from mount but Contreras is in no mood to give up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lampe tries to control but Contreras wriggling away. Lampe misses with a head shot. Lampe content just to control the position here. Contreras is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lampe controlling from mount. Lampe tries to control but Contreras wriggling away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lampe manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Contreras on his heels. He'll look to pass Contreras's guard now, I'm sure. Contreras is striking but Lampe is not phased and passes to half guard. Lampe keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Contreras wants to improve his position but Lampe is controlling well.
Lampe throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Contreras to regain full guard. Lampe gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Lampe drives through with a takedown into Contreras's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Contreras not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Contreras might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lampe trying to control the position from guard on top but Contreras is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lampe is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Theo Contreras. Contreras blocks a head kick by Lampe.
Contreras throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lampe closes the distance and clinches. Lampe is trying to trip Contreras. He has hold of a leg but Contreras is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Lampe persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Lampe throws a big elbow that misses. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Lampe. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Contreras throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Lampe trying to control but Contreras is working from the bottom. Lampe engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Master Lampe has got the better of the ground game so far. Lampe trying to control the position from guard on top but Contreras is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Master Lampe. Lampe leaves Contreras with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lampe scores with a takedown into Contreras's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lampe trying to control the position from guard on top but Contreras is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lampe stands up and waves to Contreras to follow him. Lampe shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Contreras manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Lampe might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Contreras haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Contreras trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Contreras is looking to sweep but instead, Lampe has passed into half guard.

Master Lampe showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

It's a sloppy attempt though and Lampe jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Contreras is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Lampe is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Lampe takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Contreras working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lampe. Contreras is trying to keep Lampe in close.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Contreras wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Lampe stands up and waves to Contreras to follow him. Contreras doesn't manage to clinch there - Lampe circles away.

Lampe sitting in guard here, content to control. Lampe trying to stand up but can't free himself from Contreras's guard. Contreras is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Contreras keeping moving, preventing Lampe from controlling successfully. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Lampe postures up.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Master Lampe. Lampe stuffs the takedown.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lampe lands with a nice body kick. Lampe manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Contreras on his heels. He'll look to pass Contreras's guard now, I'm sure. This has been an exciting period of action! Contreras can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lampe controls the pace. Theo Contreras has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Master Lampe is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Lampe controlling from side mount.
And that's the end of the fight! Master Lampe comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lampe has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
