Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horse throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Horse swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Horse wants to clinch
and Whee counters with an inside leg kick.
Horse's corner calls for a 1-2. Horse obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Horacy Horse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horse throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Wheasy Whee has been cut.
Horse swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Whee.

Whee is rocked!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Horse is just content to waste time from the top position. Whee takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Horse must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Horse working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Whee swats away the attempt to clinch by Horse.
Whee takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Whee drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Whee looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Whee takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Horse throws a series of punches but Whee avoids them all with ease.
Horse lands a slapping body shot.
Whee closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Horacy Horse is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Horse tries to clinch up but Whee circles away and keeps his distance.

Horse bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Horse feints and then cracks Whee's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Whee down.

Horse seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

We're going to have a standup here because Wheasy Whee wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Horse lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A low kick from Horse is predictable there

and Whee counters by clinching up.

Whee wants the takedown. Horse is fighting it off but Whee persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Horse's guard against the ropes.

Whee postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Horse is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Whee, into his guard.
Horse is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Horse lands a leg kick that knocks Whee off balance momentarily.
Wheasy Whee is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Horse tries to close the distance and clinch up but Whee swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Whee pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Horse tries to clinch up but Whee circles away and keeps his distance.
Horse tries to close the distance and clinch but Whee swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Horse connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

The crowd cheers as Horse lands an impressive looking overhand right. Whee doesn't seem phased though.

Whee takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Horse cracks the inside of Whee's front leg.
Horse thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Whee if he has to take too many more of those.

Horse gets in close and instigates a clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Horse lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Oh Whee is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Whee has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Horse uses from the top position.

Well Horse has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
