Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Razz Sukuraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Droop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Razz Sukuraba!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, George Droop!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sukuraba throws a right hand that misses
enabling Droop to counter with a crisp jab.
Sukuraba moves away from the strike by Droop.
George Droop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Droop throws out a loose jab but Sukuraba uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sukuraba scores with a three punch combo!
Droop bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Droop throws a lazy head kick
and Sukuraba counters with a nice body shot.
Sukuraba stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
The crowd cheers as Sukuraba lands an impressive looking overhand right. Droop doesn't seem phased though.
Sukuraba throws a looping overhand right but Droop ducks down to avoid it.
Droop tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sukuraba was well out of range. Poor timing from Droop.

Droop fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sukuraba, pushing him back against the ropes.

Sukuraba blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Droop lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Come on Droop - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

With the fighters up against the ropes, Droop throws an elbow but misses.

Droop is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Droop's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Droop pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the ropes.
Droop goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Sukuraba tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Droop manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
A head punch on the inside from Sukuraba fails to land.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Razz Sukuraba will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Sukuraba throws a combination. Droop tries to block but a couple of punches get through.


It looks like George Droop has been cut.
Sukuraba throws a body punch but Droop moves out of range.
Droop throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sukuraba sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Droop shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.


Droop is rocked!
No joy there for Droop, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Droop is still on wobbly legs! Can Sukuraba finish him?
Sukuraba lands with a good body shot.
Droop blocks a jab.
Droop seems to have recovered his senses.
Droop looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Sukuraba is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Droop.
Droop throws a series of punches but Sukuraba moves out of range.

That kick from Droop tenderised Sukuraba's leg. Sukuraba is trying to keep his angry face on.

Sukuraba feints a jab promting Droop to slip. Sukuraba then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Droop slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

George Droop seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Sukuraba lands with an uppercut that bounces Droop off the ropes and back into range.

Sukuraba stuns Droop with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Sukuraba staggers Droop with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Droop looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! Just in time and the ref is going to let the fight continue!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sukuraba sizes up Droop with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Sukuraba lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sukuraba.
Razz Sukuraba is winning the standup battle so far.
Sukuraba avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Droop looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Droop doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Sukuraba connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Droop's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Droop - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!
