Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Adam Mickiewicz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frankie Hoggets (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Adam Mickiewicz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frankie Hoggets! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Bruno Hogan and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hoggets throws a series of punches but Mickiewicz avoids them all with ease. Hoggets forces Mickiewicz back against the cage and clinches. Mickiewicz jumps guard and drags Hoggets to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Hoggets slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Mickiewicz is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hoggets defends well. Hoggets is working Mickiewicz over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Mickiewicz looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Hoggets must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Hoggets connects with a couple of short punches. Hoggets controls from within his opponent's guard. Hoggets is in close to Mickiewicz's body, working some short punches and elbows. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hoggets slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mickiewicz has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hoggets can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Hoggets should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Hoggets sitting in guard here, content to control. Mickiewicz looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Hoggets not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Mickiewicz had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hoggets defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hoggets controls from within his opponent's guard. Mickiewicz looking for subs off his back but Hoggets has passed one foot through into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hoggets controlling the action here. Mickiewicz is in trouble now - Hoggets has advanced to mount! Mickiewicz takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mickiewicz working to try and regain half guard.
Hoggets is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Mickiewicz can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Mickiewicz wants to hold on but Hoggets pushes him away. Mickiewicz is in a horrible position here. Hoggets smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Hoggets controlling his opponent. Hoggets working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Mickiewicz turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Hoggets off and cradles Mickiewicz's limp body as Hoggets celebrates with his corner.
