Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ted Ershaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jesse St Pierre will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ted Ershaw! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jesse St Pierre! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! St Pierre shoots in for a takedown but Ershaw shows good takedown defense. St Pierre shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ershaw's guard. Ershaw keeping moving, preventing St Pierre from controlling successfully. Ershaw keeping full guard, as St Pierre tries to pass. St Pierre slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Ershaw working for submissions but it's allowed St Pierre to get to half guard.
Ershaw wants to control but St Pierre is keeping busy and won't allow it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. St Pierre takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Ershaw wants to get back to his feet. St Pierre looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Ershaw is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute St Pierre jumps into side control! Ershaw tries to buck St Pierre off but St Pierre is having none of it. Ershaw is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. St Pierre passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Ershaw! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. St Pierre is standing up, even though he is in mount.

Ershaw might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Ershaw wants to stand and escape but St Pierre is having none of it. Ershaw is breathing heavily. Ershaw keeping full guard, as St Pierre tries to pass. St Pierre slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. I looks like St Pierre might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. St Pierre gets to his feet. Ershaw looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Ted Ershaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. St Pierre connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Ershaw lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from St Pierre. St Pierre moves into range and clinches up with Ershaw. St Pierre is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Ershaw is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Ershaw is trying to trip St Pierre. He has hold of a leg but St Pierre is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ershaw persists though and gets the takedown into guard. St Pierre is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Ershaw won't allow St Pierre to sweep him here. Ershaw cracks St Pierre with a solid left hand. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. St Pierre trying to control the position here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ershaw trying to control but St Pierre is working from the bottom. Ershaw pushes down on St Pierre's leg and manages to get into half guard. St Pierre is trying to get back to full guard. St Pierre trying to control from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. St Pierre misses with some strikes from the bottom.
St Pierre is looking to control Ershaw's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can St Pierre avoid being mounted?
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. St Pierre shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ershaw's guard. St Pierre looking to pass the guard. St Pierre wants to stand and escape but instead Ershaw has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ershaw trying to move into half guard but instead St Pierre has managed to sweep! St Pierre controls the pace of the fight for a moment. St Pierre gets to his feet - Ershaw follows without any prompting. Ershaw shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ershaw was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Ershaw tries to control but St Pierre wriggling away. St Pierre keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ershaw can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as St Pierre is looking to escape. St Pierre tries to lock up and control but Ershaw gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. St Pierre is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Ershaw is staying active. St Pierre is squirming around, avoiding Ershaw's attempts to control the action. St Pierre avoids a series of strikes thrown by Ershaw.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Ted Ershaw will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
St Pierre misses with a takedown and Ershaw counters with a takedown into side control. Ershaw is looking to take a break and control but St Pierre is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. St Pierre is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Ershaw's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. St Pierre kicks Ershaw off and gets back to his feet. St Pierre bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Ershaw struggling a bit here. St Pierre tries for a kimura but Ershaw is defending well. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ershaw can't do much from the bottom here. St Pierre advances nicely into full mount. Ershaw looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! St Pierre lands strikes to the head. St Pierre really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Ershaw.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. St Pierre working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. St Pierre is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Ershaw is defending well though. St Pierre let's go of the attempt for now. St Pierre is trying to control but Ershaw is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.
