The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Min throws a lazy head kick and Caraan counters with a lovely shot to the body. A head kick by Min misses and Caraan counters with a thumping low kick. Min throws a front kick aimed at Caraan's knee but Caraan avoids it well. We've been hearing reports that Caraan has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Min tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Min misses with a head kick.

and Caraan counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Caraan postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Min is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Caraan, into his guard.
