Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Namiska Button (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Norris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Namiska Button ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chuck Norris! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Button throws a sloppy head kick and Norris moves out of range easily. Button falls off balance throwing a combination
and Norris counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Nice takedown defense from Button . No joy for Norris on that attempt. Button gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Norris trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Button is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Norris controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Button is trying to control the position but Norris postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Button dives in and grabs Norris's left leg, looking for a takedown. Norris pushes down on Button 's head and hops out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Button keeps the fight on the outside. The fight stays on the outside here - Norris looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Button goes for a double leg but Norris avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Norris continues to drive forward. Norris has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Button uses from the top position. Norris avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Norris throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Button escapes and throws Norris's legs to the side, diving into side control! Button decides to stand back up. Button steps back and let's Norris get back to his feet. Button misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Button bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Norris is trying to control Button 's posture but Button avoids it. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Norris manages to work his way to half guard, despite Button 's best efforts. Norris tries to get to full guard but Button has control of the leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Norris works his way to full guard. Good work. Button postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Norris working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Button has passed into half guard!
Norris is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Button looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Norris has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Button is working away from the top position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Button trying to control the action but Norris is working from the bottom. Norris wants to get back to his feet.

Button tries to close the distance and clinch but Norris swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Norris keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Button misses with a jab, cross combination.

Norris sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Norris is looking to take this fight into the clinch. That's one minute gone in the round. Norris connects with a high kick. Norris tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Norris moves out of range of the body kick. No luck with that takedown attempt from Button . Button tries to clinch up but Norris circles away and keeps his distance. Button decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Norris keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Norris wants to improve his position but Button is controlling well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Button is trying to control. Norris wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Norris is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Button perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Namiska Button overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Namiska Button has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Norris closes this distance looking for a takedown but Button circles away. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. No luck with that takedown attempt from Button . Button looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Namiska Button . That's going to take a lot out of him. Norris tries to close the distance and clinch up but Button swats him away and circles back towards the center. Nice takedown defense from Norris. No joy for Button on that attempt. Nice sprawl there from Button as Norris shoots in.

Button tries to keep at a distance but Norris has taken the fight into the clinch. Button pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Norris looks to land a body kick but Button moved away. Button avoids the head kick by Norris.
Norris shoots for a takedown but Button saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Button gets in close and instigates a clinch. Norris is trying to pull guard but Button turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Norris tries a knee to the head but Button blocks it.
Norris pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Namiska Button is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Button wants to get up but he can't break Norris's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Button wants to pass the guard but Norris is keeping the position. Button trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Norris managing to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Norris tries to clinch up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Button fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Norris to the ground. Button is now in Norris's guard. Norris looking to control.
Norris is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Button advances position into side control! The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Norris is trying to control Button 's posture but Button avoids it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Norris tries to bench press Button off him but Button keeps the position. Norris is trying to control Button 's posture but Button avoids it. Norris is not content to let Button control the position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Button misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Norris wants to control but Button postures up. Norris gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Button landing strikes from the mount and Norris is in trouble!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Button can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Norris is looking to escape. Norris tries to lock up and control but Button gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Button looking to control but Norris is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Button content just to control the position here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Button wants to control the pace but Norris is squirming around nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Namiska Button showed his dominance in that final round. I think Button has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by split decision... Namiska Button ! A very excited looking Namiska Button rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
