Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pete Tippin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Umberto Duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duran has chosen Hatebreed - Live for this as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pete Tippin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
23 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Umberto Duran! The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Winston Howard and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duran throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tippin sees it coming and avoids it easily. Sloppy strikes from Duran. Those never looked like landing. Duran lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tippin circles away quickly and effectively. Duran misses the jab. Duran moves out of range of the strikes. Duran turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Tippin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Duran defends well and Tippin ends up having to push Duran into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Duran wants to get back to striking at distance but Tippin won't allow it.

A head punch on the inside from Duran fails to land. Tippin fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Duran throws a punch but it's blocked by Tippin. Tippin's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Duran lands with a hook. Tippin tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Duran misses with a two punch combination.
Duran swings for the body but Tippin moves out of range.
Duran throws a lazy right hand but Tippin sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Tippin avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Duran ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duran scores with a sloppy right hand. Tippin should have avoided that one. Duran on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Tippin lands a jab to the head.
It looks like Umberto Duran has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Duran tries to bum rush Tippin with a series of wild strikes but Tippin uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Some wild striking there from Tippin.
Tippin lands an overhand right. Duran slips under a jab. Duran misses with a hook. Tippin ducked under it nicely. Duran thows a left - swing and a miss! Duran lands with a nice combination. Tippin backs away looking to recover. Tippin tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Duran is able to avoid easily. Tippin thows a left - swing and a miss! Duran scores with a body shot.
Tippin throws a body kick that misses. Tippin looks to land a combination but Duran avoids it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tippin throws a sloppy head kick and Duran moves out of range easily. Duran is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Tippin. A swing and a miss from Duran. Duran has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Tippin. Tippin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Tippin throws a sloppy head kick and Tippin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Duran connects with a looping right hand.
Tippin is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Duran. A solid body kick from Tippin. Tippin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Umberto Duran is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Tippin is looking to clinch. Tippin scores with a push kick. Duran looks winded! Tippin falls off balance throwing a combination
and Duran counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. A decent looking cross lands there for Tippin.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tippin fails with a takedown attempt. Tippin throws a nice inside leg kick. Duran uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Tippin. Tippin throws a series of punches but Duran avoids them all with ease. Tippin throws a hook to the side of Duran's head but Duran sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Tippin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Duran.
Duran swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Duran throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tippin thows a body shot but no joy. Duran scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Duran looks to land a combination but Tippin avoids it well. Tippin keeps Duran at a distance using the push kick. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Duran tries to sprawl but Tippin drives through with a takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Tippin scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Tippin thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Duran's head. Duran is trying to stand up here but Tippin is controlling him well. Tippin trying to control the action but Duran is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Duran is looking to escape. Tippin working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Tippin is trying to control. Duran wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Tippin throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Tippin content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Tippin is stalling here. Duran is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Tippin seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Duran has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pete Tippin dominated that round. The cut man is working on Umberto Duran's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Tippin misses with a straight left. Duran thows a left - swing and a miss! Tippin missing with a left hand there. Duran was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Duran ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Duran scores with a hook. Duran might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Duran takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Duran throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Duran throws a series of punches but Tippin avoids them all with ease. Tippin misses with a looping left. Duran takes one on the button. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tippin scores with the left hand. Duran knows he should have avoided that one. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Tippin throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Duran looks to land a combination but Tippin avoids it well. Tippin throws a series of punches but Duran moves out of range. Duran scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tippin fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Duran checks it well. Duran misses with a hook. Tippin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Tippin misses with a double jab
and Duran counters with a lovely straight right hand! Duran misses with a series of wild punches.
Tippin jabs at Duran's body. Duran lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Duran walks into a stiff left hand from Tippin. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tippin wants to slow Duran down by chopping away at his legs. Duran scores with a shot to the body.
Pete Tippin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Duran misses with a low kick as Tippin jumps back. Duran takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
That has opened up Umberto Duran's cut even more. Tippin doesn't manage to clinch there - Duran circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tippin throws a series of punches but Duran avoids them all with ease. Tippin misses with a hook. Tippin fails with a takedown attempt. Duran ducks under a wild hook from Tippin. Duran connects with a single shot there. Tippin lands a high kick to the side of Duran's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Tippin dives into guard, looking to finish.
Duran is rocked! Duran manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Duran is still on wobbly legs! Can Tippin finish him? Duran prevents Tippin from breaking the clinch. Duran pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Duran seems to have recovered his senses. A solid body kick from Tippin. Duran is breathing heavily. Tippin throws a front kick aimed at Duran's knee but Duran avoids it well. Tippin takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Duran looks to land a combination but Tippin avoids it well. Duran throws a leg kick that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tippin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Duran circles away quickly and effectively. Tippin steps in with a hook that catches Duran right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Tippin follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Duran looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pete Tippin! A relieved looking Pete Tippin thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
