Girardi shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ludwig manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Girardi drops back looking for a leg! Ludwig is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ludwig manages to kick Girardi off! Girardi jumps back into Ludwig's guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ludwig can do anything to dispel that myth.

Girardi drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Girardi seems to have locked his on tight now - Ludwig screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Girardi, as he picks up the win!
