Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
30 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jai Malek!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Anthony Taglia and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malek has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Malek tries a head kick but it misses.
Hrolf will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Malek has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Malek throws a head kick but Hrolf moves out of range.
Hrolf fails with a takedown attempt.
Hrolf jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A good leg kick by Malek.
Malek throws a front kick aimed at Hrolf 's knee but Hrolf avoids it well.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hrolf ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A head kick from Malek lands but Hrolf takes it in his stride.
Hrolf connects with a nice looking jab.
Malek slaps away a takedown attempt from Hrolf , before circling back to the center of the mat.
Malek connects with a looping right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Malek takes one on the button.
Malek throws a sloppy head kick and Hrolf moves out of range easily.
No luck for Hrolf with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tallak Hrolf . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Malek moves into the clinch successfully.
Malek misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Hrolf .
Malek tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Hrolf gets control of Malek's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hrolf will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Malek drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hrolf manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Malek has Hrolf in his guard.
Hrolf is in close to Malek's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Malek working for a triangle but Hrolf defends it easily.
Hrolf lands a couple of digs.
Hrolf trying to stand up but can't free himself from Malek's guard.
Hrolf postures up and lands a big shot to Malek's brow.
Hrolf has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Hrolf avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Malek has momentary wrist control but Hrolf slips an elbow through the middle.
Malek working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hrolf doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hrolf manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Hrolf postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Malek is rocked!
Malek keeping moving, preventing Hrolf from controlling successfully.
Malek is still in real trouble! Can Hrolf finish him?
Hrolf keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Malek's head.
Hrolf loads up on a big left hand. Malek felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Hrolf looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Malek can't hide his disappointment, as Hrolf celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tallak Hrolf !
