Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Richard Hickock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazuki Yasuda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hickock comes to the cage accompanied by Why can't we be friends. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kazuki Yasuda!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Atkins and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hickock.
An inside leg kick from Yasuda misses.
Yasuda tries to land a front kick but Hickock steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Hickock blocks a head kick by Yasuda.
Hickock fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Yasuda on the side of the head.
Hickock checks a leg kick nicely.
Nice defenses there by Yasuda.
Hickock connects with an inside leg kick.
Hickock takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Yasuda takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Hickock does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Hickock throws a series of punches but Yasuda avoids them all with ease.
Yasuda is looking to land body kicks.
Hickock checks the leg kick nicely there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Kazuki Yasuda will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Hickock lands a right hook to the body.

Hickock feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Yasuda wants to sweep but no luck.

That's time! Hickock's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Hickock is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Yasuda is defending well for now.
