Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Annoying Kids (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donovan Bagcal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kids's entrance music is Only God Knows Why. A fine choice. Donovan Bagcal is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Annoying Kids! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Donovan Bagcal! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Micheangelo Fripello and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bagcal avoids the body shot from Kids.
Kids fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Bagcal checks it well. Bagcal keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice defenses there by Bagcal. Kids closes the distance looking to clinch and Bagcal counters by clinching up. Kids tries to break free but Bagcal pushes him back against the cage. Kids tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Bagcal prevents Kids from breaking the clinch. Kids is trying to force a seperation but Bagcal has the dominant position. Bagcal has clasped his hands together around Kids's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Kids is looking to regain half guard here but Bagcal keeps moving and retains side control. Bagcal is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Kids's shoulder. That is not cool.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bagcal creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Bagcal is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kids has escaped the position, nice work there. Bagcal is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kids is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Bagcal lands a nice forearm strike. Bagcal is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kids knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kids is letting Bagcal control him for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bagcal stands up. Kids is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bagcal.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kids lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bagcal circles away quickly and effectively. No joy there for Kids, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bagcal takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Donovan Bagcal has been cut. Annoying Kids seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bagcal walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kids connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bagcal's hands.
Bagcal is rocked! Kids throws a leg kick but Bagcal moved away. Bagcal is still on wobbly legs! Can Kids finish him? Kids leaves Bagcal with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Kids shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bagcal's guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Bagcal is pulling down on Kids's head. It's preventing any offense from Kids, at least for the moment. Kids is looking to stand up but Bagcal won't let him. Bagcal seems to have recovered his senses. Bagcal wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Donovan Bagcal was stalling too much, according to the referee. Kids loads up on a big right hand but Bagcal slips the punch. A bone on bone clash there as Bagcal blocks the leg kick.
Kids fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bagcal sprawls well initially but Kids persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bagcal manages to escape and get back to his feet! A looping hook to the body misses from Kids. Bagcal does a little dance to reset his feet. Kids throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kids fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Kids pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kids is breathing heavily. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kids takes a swing at Bagcal's ribcage but misses. Kids throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Kids shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Annoying Kids will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Donovan Bagcal's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Bagcal shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kids pinned against the cage. Kids gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Bagcal shoots for a takedown but Kids saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Kids tries to clinch but Bagcal moves out of range. Bagcal closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kids to the mat! Kids manages to get full guard. Kids wants to stand up but Bagcal is controlling him. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bagcal accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bagcal postures up in Kids's guard and throws a big left but Kids blocks it. Bagcal passes into half guard. Bagcal keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kids is trying to stand up here but Bagcal is controlling him well. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bagcal in particular looking to stall. Kids pushes Bagcal off looking to stand but Bagcal dives back in and keeps control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bagcal content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Donovan Bagcal was stalling too much, according to the referee. Bagcal shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kids defends it nicely. Kids looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Annoying Kids has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Donovan Bagcal. Kids lands with a nice body punch. Bagcal fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bagcal goes for a double leg but Kids avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Kids continues to drive forward. Kids tries to break the clinch but Bagcal is controlling the position. A frustrated look appears on Kids's face as he tries to break the clinch. Kids is trying to stall.
Bagcal breaks the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A jab from Kids does it's job there. Kids misses with a few strikes there.
Kids throws a good cross that connects.
Kids looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. We've been informed that Bagcal has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Kids seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Bagcal is pressing down on Kids's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Kids knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bagcal on the ground. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kids is fighting to break Bagcal's control of his arms but Bagcal is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bagcal has his feet on Kids's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kids jabbing away but nothing is landing. Nice defenses there by Bagcal. Some wild striking there from Kids.
Kids drives through with a takedown into Bagcal's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Kids wants to get up but he can't break Bagcal's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Bagcal has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Kids doesn't defend quickly enough and Bagcal has managed to lock this one up! Can Kids escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Bagcal on a fantastic submission victory.

A very excited looking Donovan Bagcal made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet.
