PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Radman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jr Deloitte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Radman kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Enter Sandman. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deloitte shoots in looking for a takedown but Radman manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Deloitte's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Radman looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Deloitte felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Deloitte really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Radman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Radman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Deloitte shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Radman sprawls well. Radman wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Deloitte gets slowly back to his feet.

Deloitte tries to score a power double leg takedown but Radman sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Deloitte somewhat.
Radman shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Deloitte as he jumps to the side.

Radman is looking to control Deloitte's arms but Deloitte gets an underhook and turns him. Now Radman has his back to the cage.
Deloitte tries to work over Radman's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Radman wants the takedown. Deloitte is fighting it off but Radman persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Deloitte's guard against the cage.

Radman wants to control from the top but Deloitte keeps moving.
Radman wanted to stand there but Deloitte had control of the position.
Radman is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Radman is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Deloitte is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Deloitte flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Radman anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Deloitte and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Radman slips an arm under Deloitte chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Radman has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Radman is squeezing on Deloitte like an anaconda would it's prey. Deloitte fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Jr Deloitte was interviewed post fight and said 'me lost wil only make better fighter'.
