Sloppy strikes from Deux. Those never looked like landing.
Deux misses with a body punch

and Armo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Armo trying to control but Deux is working from the bottom.
Armo slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Armo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Deux is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Armo prevents Deux from escaping the position.

Armo thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Armo has hold of Deux's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Deux seems comfortable defending it but Armo has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Deux is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Deux is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Armo couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Raju Armo decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
