Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maurício Aurelio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Key Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Aurelio was covering up waiting for the punch and Stone finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Aurelio looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Aurelio is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Stone is aware though and is defending well.
Stone loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stone throwing strikes from guard but Aurelio blocks nicely.
Stone postures up and lands a big shot to Aurelio's brow.
Aurelio looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Stone got a little sloppy there for a moment and Aurelio has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Stone has managed to get both his arms back between Aurelio's legs - danger averted.
Stone is posturing up here but Aurelio has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Stone tries to roll out but it's too tight and Stone has to tap! Slick submission there by Aurelio!

A relieved looking Maurício Aurelio thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
