The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oms misses with a straight right.
Oms looks to throw the jab but Garcia is out of range.
Oms throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Brian Garcia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Garcia misses with a hook to the body
letting Oms counter with a right hand.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Garcia and Oms goes tumbling to the canvas! Garcia follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
It looks like Om Oms has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Garcia is trying to control the action in half guard but Oms is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Garcia definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
