Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Edie Alvarez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexandr Aksentiev! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Ivan Kurochkin and Igor Prikhodko.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aksentiev changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Alvarez tries to avoid it but Aksentiev manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Alvarez to the ground. Alvarez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Alvarez stuffs the takedown. Alvarez looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Alvarez instigates a clinch. Aksentiev can't get the takedown.
Edie Alvarez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexandr Aksentiev. Aksentiev can't get the takedown.
Aksentiev's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Alvarez gets a clinch.
Alvarez breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Aksentiev fails with a takedown attempt. Alvarez fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Alvarez looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Alvarez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Alvarez stuffs the takedown attempt from Aksentiev. Aksentiev gets slowly back to his feet.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Alvarez throws a sloppy head kick and Aksentiev moves out of range easily. Alvarez scores with a head kick.
Alvarez displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Aksentiev. Alvarez circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Aksentiev drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Alvarez follows Aksentiev to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
